 VICKIE SHEARS, CLOSING COORDINATOR  As our closing coordinator, Vickie organizes your file once you have a valid contract for purchase or sale.  She works with your agent, your lender, and other service providers to make sure all the details of your closing get accomplished on time, and you complete your purchase or sale.  She strives to ensure your real estate transaction is a pleasant experience.  Vickie has an extensive career in administrative support.  Her areas of expertise include real estate law, research and accounting. Vickie has worked in and around the real estate field, for title insurance companies, real estate attorneys, mortgage lending firms, and residential lending groups within banks. 

 BEN INGRAHAM, CEO Ben is truly an American success story. Originating from Columbia, South America, he has climbed his way to the upper echelons to become CEO at age 33 of one of the top producing Emerald Coast real estate companies. His first shot at management began at Exotic Aquatics Pet Shop where the Ingraham’s first let Ben take in the reins of the family venture. Although there is an air of mystery of his days before the Ingraham’s, he has revealed after a few bananas of his cavorting days with Willie Nelson in Nevada and Texas.
